The staff at the hotel were friendly and made sure my room was clean and tidy. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I was delighted to find a sushi bar, Altyn Kumara, just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel.

Fantastic base for exploring Karakol. A functional hotel with central location. Neat and huge rooms, a big size bathroom. Really helpful and professional personnel, comfortable bed. Near a bus stop, very convenient.
Wi-Fi was bad.

Booked the hotel for its beautiful and incredible location just off the center, all attractions and the local mountains. It also was near to the north long distance bus station...

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me whenever I needed to see a doctor and arranging all my tours and transfers. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a fantastic view of the mountains. The hotel also had a supermarket downstairs, making it easy to get any needed supplies. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and filling, perfect before a day of exploring this city.

The hotel had clean and modern facilities and the breakfast was tasty. It was also conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The staff were professional and helpful.
The shower did not drain well and there was no place to put shampoo and soap. The bedding was also short-sheeted and only covered 2/3 of the mattress.

Spacious Rooms and Helpful Staff the hotel offers large rooms and a comfortable bed that was a great spot to rest after a long day sightseeing. the hotel staff was very kind and ready to assist, making me feel like I was among friends. the hotel is located in a great location, easy to access and close to all the attractions and dining options that make the city special.
Language Barrier and Poor Bathroom the reception staff only spoke the local language, making it difficult to convey my needs. the shower was not in good condition and did not have anywhere to place my soap and shampoo.

We had a great experience in this cozy hotel. the location was really convenient, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great service during our stay. the breakfast was really rich and delicious, and it was prepared earlier for us upon request. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, and the private restroom was a real advantage.
The shower nozzle sometimes had some leakage, but this didn't take away from our overall positive experience.
